We actually heaved sighs of relief when we found the road leading towards Torrington, Devon. Our friends Lee and Gill were in England for the shearing, on the farm where Gill grew up. We had previously arranged to visit them there, say hello to Gill's Mum and her sister Helen and see something of farm life with sheep in Devon.
I had met Gill's mother and sister on their visits to Australia so it was lovely to catch up.
The fields were a picture, and the mustering is no trouble.
After some yummy scones with jam and clotted cream for afternoon tea, we looked at some of the older buildings on the farm. This one is very old.
We thoroughly enjoyed our short visit which gave us an insight into what Lee and Gill do on their trips home to the farm each year. I would love to do it again.
So peaceful !!

Losing fat and gaining muscles is wonderful progress, but you could possibly miss it should you only measure your weight. Losing 50 pounds is genuinely a large challenge jeremy. Losing lots of weight long-term and keeping it off forever won’t come about unless you alter your habits forever.
